Brian P. Hickey Jr. began his legal career in 1993 after graduating from New York Law School. Early in his career, he worked for a major insurance defense firm — experience that now gives him an edge in negotiating and litigating against insurers. In 2010, he founded The Law Office of Brian P. Hickey Jr., P.C. in Huntington, NY to provide clients with personalized legal representation.

Brian is a Chaminade High School graduate who went on to earn his B.A. in Economics from Villanova University and his J.D. from New York Law School. With bar admissions in New York, the Eastern District, and Southern District federal courts, Brian brings a wide range of legal experience to every case.
He handles everything from serious injury claims to real estate closings and courtroom coverage for fellow attorneys. Whether working directly with clients or standing in as trial counsel, Brian is known for his sharp legal mind, reliable presence, and client-first approach.
